Hi,

I have some incredible news to share with you all. If you’ve been following my journey, you know that my biggest passion is helping you become fluent in English. Today, that mission takes a massive leap forward.

I am officially launching my brand new mobile app: English with Lewis!

📖 The Journey: From Classroom to App Store

This time last year, I made the scariest decision of my career. After six years as Chief Product Officer at Teachify, I quit my job to become my own boss. I was living in Brussels, posting videos on Instagram and TikTok as a hobby, and suddenly found myself with half a million followers and a dream.

I spent the last year teaching eight hours a day, recording podcasts, and making YouTube videos. I was "knackered" (as we say in England!), but I was also inspired. I saw how much Artificial Intelligence could help my students, but I didn't know how to build the technology myself.

Everything changed in October during a trip to Paris. Between the croissants and steak frites, I met Eric, a genius app developer. We shared a vision: an app where you could talk to me 24/7, practice real-life scenarios, and get instant feedback.

Fast forward to today, and that dream is a reality.

🎙️ What can you do in the app?

We’ve packed "English with Lewis" with features designed to get you speaking:

  • Talk to "AI Lewis": I’ve cloned my voice using hours of podcast audio. You can have a natural conversation with me anytime, anywhere.

  • Role Play: Practice specific situations—like ordering at a restaurant or a job interview.

  • Personalized Vocabulary: Click on any word in our chat to see the definition and add it to your personal flashcards.

  • Smart Search: Look up any phrase and use AI to generate examples if they aren’t in the database yet.

  • Track Your Progress: With a streak monitor and "Expression of the Day," we’ll keep you motivated.

📺 Watch the Full Story

I’ve recorded a special video showing you behind-the-scenes footage of how we built the app and a tutorial on how to use it.

❤️ I Need Your Help (and I have a gift for you!)

We are currently competing for "Product of the Day" on Product Hunt, a huge platform for new technology. Winning this would mean the world to us!

If you could take 30 seconds to "Upvote" us, it would help more students find the app. As a thank you, you can find a special discount code for the app right there on the page!

👉 UPVOTE ON PRODUCT HUNT HERE

📲 Download it Now

The app is Free to download on the App Store (Google Play coming very soon!). You can even try the PRO membership for 3 days totally FREE.

Even if you can’t subscribe right now, leaving a 5-star review on the App Store helps me more than you know.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Let’s get fluent together!

Cheers,

Lewis

Subtitles or no subtitles?
The eternal debate for English learners! 🍿🤯 Series with subtitles or "raw" (without anything) to improve your English? 🤔 Let's start with the non-negotiable base: it must ALWAYS be in the Original Version (O.V.). Dubbing is forbidden here. 🚫 But what do we do with those little letters at the bottom? I've seen pitched battles over this. Here is my quick analysis so you can pick your poison: 📺 OP...
